The room was lovely and nicely decorated with comfortable beds and excellent lighting. I appreciated the double sink setup that simplified our morning routine. The staff was accommodating when we arrived in the rain, promptly switching our room to the main building for convenience.
The loudness from neighboring rooms was distracting.

Comfortable hotel in an ideal location on trolley stop, consistently courteous personal. The room was modern and well-designed with a great fire place and shower and bathroom, attentive service. Location adjacent to the center of the property and Gorges Grant.

A good breakfast surprise
Every morning, we indulged in the breakfast at Raspberri's, and it was so great. The staff were always smiling and rays of sunshine after a day at the beach.
We did find the laundry facilities a bit lacking and outdated, two washing machines and one broken washer just couldn't handle the demand.

Spacious rooms feature a king-size bed, a separate vanity area, and strong water pressure in the bathroom. Clean indoor and outdoor pools provide a relaxing atmosphere behind the hotel, away from the noise and bustle.
The indoor pool felt uncomfortably chilly, even though it's advertised as heated. On top of that, getting to the beach takes longer than the claimed six-minute walk, which could definitely catch you off-guard during your stay.

great location with friendly staff
The location is fantastic! It's just a short walk to the charm of downtown Ogunquit. Raquel at the front desk stood out. Her professionalism and kindness. I also enjoyed the clean and well-maintained outdoor spaces which offer a perfect retreat after a busy day. The breakfast at Raspberries was good-a great way to start the day.
